The course Provider reserves the right to change the current course hosting platform, Kajabi, for any other means of distribution.

Course Fees: The fee for the course(s) is stated on our website and may evolve with time. Full payment is required to access the course(s). 

Access Period: Your registration for the course provides you with access to the course materials without a predefined expiration date from the date of registration, unless otherwise specified.

Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that the Course Provider must discontinue the course, participants will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Whenever possible, arrangements will be made to provide participants with a downloadable version of the course materials or alternative access methods.

Payment

Payment Processing: All payments for the Course are processed securely through Stripe, a leading online payment processing platform. By using Stripe to process payments, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Fees: By enrolling in the course and providing payment information, you authorize The Course Provider to charge the applicable course fees to your payment method through the Stripe platform.

Changes to Payment Terms: The Course Provider reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms to our website. 

Additional charges: The participant will be able to purchase additional optional services and features.

Special Offers and Price Changes: The course provider reserves the right to offer time-limited introductory promotions, promotional offers, or price reductions on the Course and the Services. Additionally, the provider may revise its offers and prices on the website at any time, in accordance with legal requirements.

Payment in multiple times: The participant may elect to purchase the course via installment payments, either in two or three monthly installments. The total purchase price shall be divided equally among the chosen number of installments, with each installment due on a monthly basis. In the event of non-payment by the participant, access to the course will be terminated immediately. No refunds shall be issued for any installments paid prior to such termination, unless the circumstances qualify under the established refund policy. It is expressly understood that the installment payment option is provided solely as a convenience to facilitate the payment of the full course price, and not to permit payment of only a portion of the course price.

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. 

To qualify for a refund, the participant should:

  • Submit concrete evidence demonstrating that the course significantly failed to deliver as described. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, detailed descriptions of discrepancies, and reasons why the course did not meet advertised expectations.
  • Have NOT accessed more than 20% of the course content (which represents 1 module). This is to ensure fair use of our resources.
  • Request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Send an email to hello@pierreherubel.com with the email object “Refund” and explain the reason

If a refund is granted, the Participant will lose access to:

  • The course (and all its potential updates)
  • The community
  • The library of best practices (and all its potential updates)

Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

In any case, the Provider's liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Course and the Services, even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Course Provider, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your published content and use of knowledge gained from the Course.
